My little Macchiato loves his new porch potty. As a townhome owner without a private yard, this is great for a little daily convenience and puppy training between walks in the neighborhood. I love it for middle of the night or first thing in the morning before I am ready to get out of the house.
My only complaint is that the basin and the spray came much later than the rest of the porch potty in a separate package. But now that everything is here, we are very happy with the product!

We have had the Standard Porch Potty for 7 years! Love it. We keep it in our garage and it easily drains to the floor drain. We live in the snowy northeast. Our cockapoo can easily switch between using the Porch Potty and going outside in nicer weather.

I received as a gift to save money on regular weekly grass order.
Sadly, It smells! The synthetic grass is broken down and the drain leaks.
I rinse it with 2+ gallons of water a day. And alway pick up solids asap.
I have cleaned (removed from tray, used vinegar water, scrubbed down and rinsed the grass 4 times since May and used Pissoff (which I don’t think does anything).
I live in an apartment and need for my dog since I can’t take her out all the time.

This works great for us. I have had to fiddle with the drain hose a couple of times but otherwise it works perfectly. My dog loves it and it looks great. It is bigger than I expected -- I should have looked more carefully at the dimenstions -- but that was my fault. I kept it and it is so nice looking that it does not matter that it is a bit bigger than I intended. I got the fake grass and my dog went on it right away even though he is normally reluctant to use astroturf. Happy customer!

We have had ours for 5+ years and it finally just now broke in the frame, but that’s a good amount of time for an outside item to last some complaints about that.
My only complaint is the drain, drainage hole and hose are too small for large dogs on the large size porch potty. It is ridiculous. It does not work. The pee just pools there for a few minutes and leaves a ton of residue All the way across width and length of the tray because it doesn’t go down the drain for so long it ends up, just soaking into the turf and smelling horrific. The Design flaw is they are using the same drainage system on a size small which is fit for a Chihuahua who might pee 2 ounces versus my 85 pound Lab who pees 18 ounces - it doesn’t work with a drain that is a quarter of an inch wide. The drain should literally be draining full speed as the dog is going. The design of this is So close to perfect, but this flaw is a huge one. If I do not completely rinse, lift the turf up and scrub the tray every 24 hours I can smell it through open windows inside of the house when it is out of my side walkway.
My dog took to it easily. People writing bad reviews because their dog won’t use - that is not the fault of the manufacturer.
I think if you have a tiny breed dog, that is the only way this would ever work inside of a house. Anything larger than that and it will smell so bad you won’t be able to walk in without gagging Because of the ridiculous drainage system.

The drainage system doesn’t work well. We have to take it apart to rinse the turf with water because when we rinse it on the base the water sits and stinks and our puppy won’t go on it. We have to take the whole thing apart every 2-3 days and rinse the grass separately and wait for it to dry.

My new puppy was used to free range grass at the breeders, and I live in a townhome with no real backyard outside my door. Having the porch potty provided my pup, Stevie, with some comfort with everything being new and scary and overwhelming. Its been a life saver for emergency potty situations and normal ones. Absolutely LOVE this! Works perfectly for our situation. Three miniature dachshunds. We have it in our outdoor back yard. We just re-did our side backyard where the girls were using fake grass to do their business. We were afraid after we go rid of the grass that the new space was too far from the door and they would go wherever they wanted. Not true! We set up the Porch Potty close to the patio door (at first) and moved it farther and farther away as the days went by since the new area for them was going to be farther away from the patio door and twice as far as their last location was. I also wanted to add that at first my husband was going to build something he saw on YouTube. After finding the Porch Potty we decided to order. Best purchase so far this year! Yard is still not completely done so no pictures of where we placed it, but it is going to be perfect for our situation! Thanks again!

The weather is unpredictable in Wyoming so we love the versatility of the porch potty. Right now we have it in the garage due to the crazy wind outside, but we plan to move it outside during the summer months. She's still learning how to use it, but she sure looks cute trying!

Before I started using the porch potty I had a ridiculously expensive bougie grass subscription. The grass subscription said you should only have to switch it every 2 to 4 weeks but since I have a puppy and another dog it needed to be switched out every week which was way out of my price range. Then I found the porch potty! I live in an apartment so it sits on my balcony and I have the catch basin underneath it which is great since I’m on the top floor and cannot use the hose that came with it. I have been trying to rinse it every day which helps with the smell But it does take a while to dry. I bought ann enzymatic cleaner on Amazon because the one on the website is super overpriced, sorry about that but I have to be honest! After I use the cleaner I rinse it and hang it over my balcony ledge to drip dry which takes a couple hours and I have a clean patch of grass again! I also bought the pee pee panel mainly because my balcony gets so much sun and this gives the grass some shade so it doesn’t get too hot for their toe beans! This is perfect for potty training my puppy and quick morning and lunch time potty trips for my 2 year old dog! Yes it’s expensive but when you pay once versus weekly it’s much less costly than those grass subscriptions and worth it!!

Pros-Keeping her off snowy yard. Safe - from coyotes, predators. These things are invaluable.
Cons- The fake grass has NEVER laid down flat. We’ve had big rocks on it for week +. This (IS) a concern. She has hurt her toenails”bad” quite a few times previously with getting them caught on things. So on edge about this happening. Since it’s raised a good inch. At first it was 2inches.

Product appears like it would be a good idea. Unfortunately there is no telling if your dog will take to it or not. What you are not informed of is the return policy which states you have 7 days to return it and you are responsible for shipping. If you’re like me and live on the East Coast this will cost you over $150+ to ship back. I understand the financial burden of paying for returns but this should be better disclosed initially. Now I ate $300+ for something my dog refuses to use. Disappointed.

I (and the pups of course) couldn't be happier with our porch potty. The drainage is great and makes cleaning a breeze. I have mine on a 2nd story balcony and run the hose to the ground with no issues. I clean it weekly with simple green and water and in the 2 months of operation haven't experienced any odor. If you've got pup's that can't come and go freely to a yard for bathroom breaks I truly think the Porch Potty should be a requirement. It's perfect

READ THE FULL RETURN POLICY BEFORE purchasing. It says on the main page that there is a 90-day return period. Sounded so good, it's what convinced me to buy. But when the time came that I wanted to return it, I was told that it only applies to unused potty's in their original packaging. How/Why does a person decide to return it if the dog in charge hasn't tried it out?? So, basically, the return policy is a bunch of dog poop. For the record, my dog likes the potty just fine but keeping it clean and decent smelling takes a lot of time. Easier to just walk the dog. I would not recommend buying one of these.

One of our boys is allergic to grass so we are able to keep the Porch Potty within our screened enclosure and simply roll the hose out to drain and clean. Very simple and convenient. When our Porch Potty arrived, one of the frames was damage in shipping and Porch Potty immediatley sent us a replacement. Service and Support are excellent! Would highly recommend.

I bought this in preparation for adopting my first dog, figuring there would be times where he'd need to potty but it wasn't a good time to take a walk (weather, middle of the night, etc.), since we are apartment dwellers. Once he got used to using it, it has been flawless. He uses it every morning while I'm still drinking my coffee so I don't need to run out in my pajamas to walk him first thing, and then we take our walk later. It lives on the balcony and is pretty easy to clean (I recommend using those disinfecting wipes for if there is poo smear on the grass. I spray the bowl occasionally with Nature's Miracle, I haven't tried their version of this yet). He's a tripod and has no problems getting up and down on it, but they do have a ramp for those that need it. Other pet parents at the park, when discussing potty training their puppies, and I told them about the Porch Potty, are very interested! I tell them it is spendy but worth it. We've been using it for four months now and it's quite durable.

This is a wonderful product. We live on the fifth floor and this option is much more convenient than going down to the street at 5:00am or 10:00pm for our puppy to do her business. It is overpriced for what it is, but it works well and our puppy took to using it very quickly.

My two little Frenchie puppies figured this out from day one. Great for potty training indoors and will eventually move the whole thing outside to my deck. Not recommended. We live in a high rise. My small dogs didnt use it at all. I even added a ramp on 2 sides. I tried both synthetic and real grass. Tried multiple training sprays. Followed the handbook provided. Too expensive to not be used. Hard to return — shipping it back costs too much. I wish there was a better return policy. Great concept but didnt work for us.

I can't say enough good things about the Porch Potty. This is my second, an extension to my first small. Ordered this item. Took some time to get it. Reached out to customer service to see for help. They told me it was up to me to track it down and find it and figure out when it will be delivered. Not the best customer service I would expect when paying the amount we paid for this unit and a canopy. Also when we received the canopy it did not have the directions or hardware included.

We live in a townhouse where the living space is on the second floor. There is no outdoor space for our dachshund, so we’ve been using a tray with a similar artificial grass patch with a pee pad under it for over a year. The cleaning has been awful and it smelled. The porch potty was expensive, but has been a total game changer! I fed the drainage hose through the gutter so it just drains off the gutters into the desert when it rains. I’m so glad I tried it! Would recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

First day - I kept telling her to go pee pee but she didn't understand.
That next morning I waited until I knew she really had to go bad, I felt a little guilty, and when I said go pee pee, she did! She's gone regularly since then.
Second day - I used the same technique to get her to poop and she did!

Good at first, especially with MI winter, BUT - few issues:
1) Drainage hose TOO SMALL diameter - kinks easy, & couple times had the grass literally floating in urine (gag)
2) Drainage spot in middle of potty has a lip, resulting in urine sitting there instead of draining (yuk)
3) Not sloped enough, so slightest non level ground, & doesn't drain properly (sigh)
4) Now that it's warming up outside, dog likes to SIT on it - which would be ok if it drained properly, but she just ends up being soaked in urine & disgusting, have to wash her every time I leave her outside. I got a cooleroo for her to try, which she uses, but still lays on porch potty too
5) Dog found out the grass has loose edges, & has great fun chewing it up & unraveling it. I'm going to try drainage tiles instead, hopefully will still use & will keep her off the urine better.
With some design tweaks, this could be an awesome product, and really, at this price point, SHOULD BE!!!!!!

We purchased the Porch Potty for our 10 1/2 year old Golden doodle in hopes that we could train her to use it before she gets to the point of truly needing to use it. We live in a condo on the 11th floor and, as she ages, we foresee many trips up and down the elevator as her toileting needs change. Our pup loves to please and we thought she would take right to it. We used treats and positive reinforcement for several days but so far we have been u successful in training her to use the system. We even ordered the real grass and poured some of her own urine on it but still no luck. I don’t know if you can “teach old dogs new tricks”. We will try for a few more days (she has been trained to pee pretty much on command but she just can’t wrap her head around the system yet). We will probably gift the system to a neighbor who is getting a new puppy in a few weeks. I have a feeling training a puppy on use of the Porch Potty will be much easier. I am still rating the system as a 5 because: customer service is very helpful with ordering and training questions, it is well made/durable, it is easy to clean, and the drainage system is easy to use. If we were getting a new puppy, I would order the porch potty again in a minute.

Love the Quality of the artificial Turf! Sadly my Mini Schnauzer hasn't used it yet... He will lay on it, sit on it, dig at it but....will not potty on it.
I have taken the turf outside for the weekend and will drag it through the grass to "scent" it. Hopefully he will then use it as inteded.

This was the best decision I have made, it may be pricy but it is so worth it. We live in an apartment & Pennsylvania so going outside especially when it’s cold and snowing it becomes a hassle, my 3 month old golden doodle caught on to it immediately. We have a balcony and placed it on there so just opening the balcony door is so much easier & more convenient. I have wiped down his pee on the fire hydrant which had worked so well because before doing that he was hesitant about peeing on it until I did that. I love it and he loves it. Don’t think twice and purchase it it is so worth it for you and your furry friend :)

The size is great for my miniature poodle...competitors options were too small and she had no room to do the "circle" thing before pooping. I really like there is a canopy to go with it, though it would have been better if it was a solid materiel, rather than woven...won't the rain just come through? I'm going to modify mine before the rain starts this year. My puppy took to the Porch Potty right away...no really coaxing needed. It is attractive on my deck and matches my furniture...love that! A few things to consider: If you use the drain hose be mindful of where that drain ends up. In my case, it ends up either in my neighbor's back yard, or our parking area, depending on the drain I use. People, this is dog urine! So, unless your drain goes directly into a sewer pipe...you are dumping urine somewhere it will for sure get all smelly! Like, would you flush your toilet into your parking area? The drain hose didn't work well, anyway. The angle at the "elbow" is too sharp and the rinse water just backed up into the tray. I switched to just draining into a container, which I dump into a bucket and dispose of in my toilet. Kind of a pain three times a week, but better than no Porch Potty at all. Be mindful that you WILL have to rinse it thoroughly every two to three days or it starts to really reek. All in all, this is working for us for now when she is a puppy. Hopefully at some stage she will be able to hold it until I can take her downstairs and outside.

The cross bar wing screws do not tighten all the way, like the holes are not all the way threaded. Therefore it is not secure for larger dogs. Thankfully mine is a small dog. The drainage system is not the greatest. Needs cleaning after every use or attracts flies which could lay larvas and cause other issues. The drain is not flush with base and therefore urine sits around the drain hole and could cause unwanted and harmful bacteria to grow. Unfortunately I don’t have the option to return it as it has been used which does not qualify for a return, even though they say they are committed to your 100% satisfaction. I’m very disappointed in this product.

It is a great idea however it is not functional. I’m disabled and now my dog and I live in an apartment. Two of the wing screws for the cross braces where not able to go in all the way so the cross braces are not secure. Then I noticed flies where all around it and when I lifted the grass up I saw that urine had been sitting in the drain hole do to the drain not being designed to sit flush with surface. The flies have the potential of laying g eggs and them hatching as well as other bacterial growth if not cleaned every use. causing a concern. I rinsed it at least once a day and still had the flies. I feel puppy pads are more sanitary than this. This is more of a hassle to keep clean than to just fight the pain and take her down the stairs and outside.

We're building a house and had to move into a 4th floor apartment. Our dog has always had a yard so we weren't sure what we were going to do until we found Porch Potty. We walk her during the day but she uses it right away in the morning and bed time. She actually goes to the balcony door to let us know she needs to use it. We just rinse it off with a bucket of water and empty the basin every couple days. Great product and very happy we found it!

The porchpotty is a great idea and we thought it would be perfect in our small concrete back yard. Our puppy took right to it so we were thrilled. The difficult part has been the terrible urine smell. We have moved it a couple times to find a place where it will not be in the sun. We’re hoping that will help. We clean it daily but the turf always has an offensive urine smell. Nature’s Miracle has not helped. Not sold on this product.

I love the fact that my pup took to the Porch Potty almost immediately after introducing him to it. It is in my garage and I just leave the door from the house to the garage open and he runs to use it for both peepee and poopoo. I will not have a doggy door installed due to past problems with rodents entering through it and prior to Porch Potty I had to either be outside with my pup or leave exterior door open, which I did not want to do due to rodents. Porch Potty solved my issues. I just rubbed fire hydrant in his peepee and that was all it took for him to take to using it! Super easy!!

Porch Potty has definitely made my life easier as my puppy isn't fully vaccinated. The product is wonderful except that it doesn't drain all too well and the turf is almost always wet with urine/water. It's fine for me to hose it down but it's still would have been nicer to have a better draining system. Maybe getting a metal wire rack on the bottom (to give support to the rack) and elevate it with some wooden spacers would help solve the issue!

Good size, easy installation, sturdy enough for our 35 lb frenchie. Something like this is absolutely necessary for a condo living dog-family.
But the grass design is an issue. My husband and I made our own version of one of these years ago. It took multiple iterations and tweaks, and we ended up using a green grating because we couldn't pour enough water over the pees on the grass to keep it from reeking. Saw that Porch Potty offers a "real grass subscription," but that's upsettingly wasteful. We have friends who got their whole yard decked out in the turf and learned there is a powder in the grass that helps absorb the smell. We will get that and try it with this little patch.

The Porch Potty is by far the most attractive of the patio potty systems. It is easy to assemble and easy to clean. The only flaw is that if you use the drainage tube the 'nut' that that locks it in place causes the liquid waste/rinse water to puddle in the 'well', thereby causing odor. I simple design change to a threaded funnel shape 'exit' would fix the problem. If using the drain pain, however, this is not a problem.

For some reason his new grass mat was dipping into the drain ridges under his feet and scaring my 9 lb. dog. I poured water over the mat to help it settle and he is feeling more secure.

So far it’s working well for my dog. The problem is with the drain hose because there are no threads on the drain hole. I slightly enlarged the drain hole and used a nut to screw on the drain hose. It appears to be securely attached.

This was too small for my 50lb Golden. She is used to going potty on an artificial grass mat but could not get comfortable to go on the raised one. Not sure I’d a larger area would do it. The product looks nice but seems cheaply made. I’d say not worth the $300 I paid and I can’t return because we’ve tried to use it. The 90 day return option is just for advertising it seems.

Great product for our elderly dog. It became difficult for her to go down a few stairs many times a day and this makes it much easier our smaller patio to use a couple times a day. We have the standard size for our 17 year old female 75 pound pitbull. Easy to use and well constructed.

Great alternative to the grass patches I was using before. They would start to smell after about a week and no drainage in the tray so when it rains (Seattle area) the water would just pool up in it and I would have to try to lift it up to get the water out of it. My puppy started using his Porch Potty right when I put it out and it’s great because I can just spray it off and it drains out and it doesn’t smell!!

The product, I think, is excellent, but my dog will have nothing to do with it so far. She is 3 years old and used to going potty on walks. I put her on it and tell her to go potty and she just looks balefully at me. One time, she jumped off and ran past me like lightening, off the porch and three yards down to poop in a neighbor's yard. I also sprayed part of it with a scent that is supposed to encourage dogs to go potty in that area. But it's only day 3, so I am hopeful for the future, and will keep trying.

I was having a hard time trying to train my older dog and my younger dog to go on another system we purchased. However with this system they have taken to it sooner than I expected. I am giving it 5, but if the porch potty had front doors to make it easier to remove the basin without lifting that would be a wonderful revision. The Porch Potty is awesome. We live on a floating home and the walk to land is looong. I don’t want to have to make that trek a million times a day while my pup was house training so this was the perfect solution. She had an accident in her crate coming home and we sopped it up with a paper towel and stuffed the paper towel in the corner of the porch potty frame. When she smelled the towel she knew right what to do. She’s been using it 2 days now and it’s going great. Also the drain pipe is genius!

Unfortunately it’s made of very low quality materials. Was surprised given how expensive it is. Very hard to re-sell as no one thinks it’s worth anything once they see it. Also has never drained effectively so we can’t use it

The Standard instructions did not include anything about attaching the hose that it comes with and apparently - after discussing with customer service - I need a pliers to attach it to the porch potty. Very difficult to manage.

Was on the fence on ordering but we have ZERO regrets!!! The quality of this amazing, it’s so sturdy. It was super simple to put together, I think it took me a total of 10 minutes. Our dog got the hand of it rather quickly. The only regret I have it not buying one years ago.

Thanks so much to porch potty USA for shipping to military address APO/FPO. We have been wanting to buy the large one but we couldn’t have ship before. We received very fast, the dogs already using it without any issues, easy to install, I love that the area looks clean and organized now. I highly recommend it.

Product seems legit and well designed, my dog doesn't use it and we have to return.
The return experience is horrible for a $300 puchase.
Porch potty just told me to ship it back to their address and I am responsible for the shipping cost, for pakage this size it cost almost half of the purchase price already. To add more hassle, not their fault, but the carrier lost my package and they wont refund, now I paid the $300 product + $shipping to return, ended up with nothing.
Please buy from Amazon for similar product with easier return policy, you never know if the product will work.

Eliminates odor and helps pets feel comfortable. This is perfect for me because I am a disabled veteran and live upstairs with 2 dogs and this was a life saver. My bulldogs love it and use it faithfully everyday. It gives them a feel like they are in the park. I highly recommend this to all pet owners. It is very easy to clean and maintain.

This is a great product for apartment or condo dwellers. We use the fresh grass and it’s like having a private park for your dogs. If you water the grass a few times a week it can last a long time…

I’m still working on training my dog to use it as an option. In the past he’s used the bathroom solely on walks - so I’m trying to give him this additional option since we live in an apartment! I have the porch potty outside on our balcony. He’s only used it once, so I’m trying to get him to learn that it’s a reliable option that he’s ALLOWED to use. As for the one time he’s used it so far; it drains pretty well. Like the directions say, it drains even better when you poor some water to push things along/rinse it. I was a little concerned about cleaning it when I first decided to order it. Now that it’s here and I have had to clean it, it’s not bad at all. Everything is easy to clean and not nearly the headache I thought it would be.
As far as the product goes - it’s great! Easy to assemble, looks really nice, and it’s pretty easy to move. Im hoping on my end I can train my dog to use it more reliably.

Initially some reviews stated that the pvc drain pipe was too small to fit securely to the platform's drain. You just have to unscrew the ring. I purchased some pvc tape for some extra grip, but you honestly don't need it. I was skeptical at first since my new 8 week goldendoodle puppy didn't catch on. But I think it was just the height at first. My husband sprayed the urine training aid spray. Now all I have to call out is "potty" and he goes straight there and pees. He does prefer to poop elsewhere, but its still great for a quick pee.

Lucy loves it! She was trained to go on a piece of turf, which smelled bad. The transition was seamless. She went immediately after it was set up. Now she often uses it to catch some sun in the back yard while chewing a toy. Its become a place of comfort for her in addition to a place to pee. It's been great and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for either an outdoor or patio solution.

Its been 2-3 weeks since receiving a standard porch potty. I've tried everything to entice my dogs to pee on it. I've followed the instructions exactly. They will not use it, and this, even though one of them is trained to go on a pee pad.
I'm in a very small space and didn't have the room to store the gigantic box, I had to throw it out.
I called customer service yesterday to voice my dissatisfaction. I was told that I could ship it back, but I'd have to buy another box from UPS and then pay in the neighbourhood of a min. of $150.00 to send it back.
I asked if they would consider sending me a gratis patch of real grass to see if that works to kickstart the dogs. I was given a flat out "NO."
A huge waste of money on a very expensive (one of the most expensive on the market) product. While their advertising and marketing may be good, their return policy and customer service is not.

The box came with the whole corner of box missing. Parts were missing from box. Needed the porch potty for my daughter’s dog coming for a visit. They did resend the parts but it was over 2 weeks after placing order and didn’t need the item anymore. I had to buy another product to use. Tried to return it and it costs me $120 to send it back. Porch potty took no responsibility. Would never recommend this company to buy from

LOVE IT! Dogs got acclimated quickly to Porch Potty using “real” grass. I put “artificial” grass pad (w/ potty pads underneath) beside Porch Potty so they can transition easily to new turf when “real” grass needs to be replaced.

Pleasantly surprised how well this works because I have a large dog. I use this on a concrete patio outside my townhome, after 6 months of making my own version of this out of wood, soil, and real grass for a golden retriever. The maintenance of the homemade potty was too much and the smell was getting out of hand. My friend sent me this from an Instagram ad and immediately upon install my dog understood the drill. He uses it with no issues and it’s easy to wash with water. I put it in the same location he was used to and made sure the first few times he used it, he REALLY had to go. Would recommend, even for a larger dog.

My little Jack Russell mix took immediately to the porch potty. She’s about 8yrs and she was rescued off the streets in January. She urinates frequently. My new girl, a 2.5yr Chihuahua mix uses it sometimes. I have not worked to train her yet. I have another 4yr old who never uses it. I will eventually train him too.
I purchased in September and am very happy. The liquid odor eliminator is absolutely excellent.

Love this product. We live in a townhouse with 3 outdoor levels and we have 2 porch potty’s. Our dog loves it and we do too. Best product if you live in a townhouse or apartment with a pet.

I have the porch potty standard and it is very well made and very nice looking on my porch. I am however having a problem getting my dog to use it which I don’t understand since she has used other artificial turf potties in the past. I am hoping she will get more consistent using it with time as this was an expensive purchase.

We wanted to love this so badly. We’ve used litter boxes for our small indoor dogs for years with compressed pine pellets inside. We were assessing options for something easier to clean and closer to the outdoor experience. It’s been a disaster.
The drainage with synthetic grass is a complete disaster. They started using it right away and hope off tracking pee footprints all over the house. We’ve put washable pee pads in front to absorb the pee and they still track wet feet around due to how wet their feet get. It stinks, rinsing it after each use makes it more wet so the next potty their feet are instantly soaked. The catch basin fills quickly with regular rinsing… it just doesn’t work for us at all. I’ve spent money ordering drainage mats to put underneath but that’s not solving the problem of how far the pee must travel on top of the turf before it makes it to a drain hole. Also - it’s hard to properly clean! Maybe if it was outside and could be easily hosed it’d be better but doesn’t work for us inside without a big mess and stinky odor (yes we’ve used things to try to clean and address the smell and it’s not enough).

Super cheap product for the price. The fire hydrant is tiny and so cheap. I was honestly shocked once we set ours up with the canopy. Such a rip off!!! But who is going to go through the work to disassemble and repackage for return so they know they have you. I would not recommend to anyone this product. SO CHEAPLY MADE - do not purchase.
