I love the porch potty; most importantly, my doggy loves it too. My best investment yet.

It is useful and easy to access.

It would be great of my dogs would actually use it since I do from time to time have to work long hours. They pee all around it and even hike their leg and pee on the side of it. I think it has actually been used 3 times within a 3 month period.

Absolutely necessary for our balcony (using the drain pipe would just dump the pee water onto our downstairs neighbors, and how freaking disgusting and horrible is that?). But it's annoying to have to lift the entire porch potty to take the tray to the bathroom to flush, so I wish there was a rise in the frame that tray could slide in and out of. I also wish the tray had a lid. If it gets full (which is really easy after just a couple pees if you dump enough water on it to keep your grass from smelling) then it can slosh. Also disgusting. A lid would also keep the smell from gagging me as I carry it to the toilet to flush. It basically just needs to be an oil drain pan -- it closes, it pours. Easy.

It’s fine, but at $24, it’s just too expensive for a piece of molded plastic. I would recommend it if it were cheaper, but any lower-rim container could suffice. Nothing exclusively necessary about it at all.

Sadly the first one arrived broken with absolutely no packing paper or cushioing, (and the box was not damaged in anyway). However, customer service stepped right up and replaced. Interestingly, the new bowl was almost a sturdier, more rubber like consistency and looked great.

It’s useful, it holds a lot, but when it’s time to clean make sure u put something under the porch or u clean up after because the porch is still going to continue dripping on the floor, but it’s very easy to clean.

I wish the catch basin would have more of a stable way to stay in place. When the potty porch gets moved the basin stays...then the pee goes to the floor.

I would be interested in buying a stainless steel one that would last longer and be more cleanable.

Great for our balcony since we can’t run off with a hose. Just wish it was a little bigger so when we clean the porch potty we don’t have to dump the basin multiple times.

Pricey for what it is. Could get something that would work just as well for half the price.

My first basin cracked after just a couple of weeks. I have no idea why so we had to purchase a 2nd one.

Our new puppy will be here next week, so it hasn’t been used yet. It arrived on time and in great condition!

It is very difficult to find a catch basin of the correct height that can handle significant amount of volume. That is why I caved and bought this catch basin. It is sturdy and can hold a lot of liquid, although I would not wait for the basin to become entirely full because the liquid/urine easily splashes out while walking

It's the exact same oil catch bin you can buy at Walmart for $2.98 in the auto dept. A fool and his money are soon parted.

Very flimsy when filled with water. Wish it was more sturdy when filled to the brim. Especially if it’s full of urine.

Catches Pee like a charm!

It does what it needs too, it's a little wide for carrying when full so if your disposal spot isn't nearby it can be a bit awkward, also there is no easy lifting point on the tray to get access to the bowl.

It serves its purpose, but probably should have gotten any old shallow plastic basin from Target, Walmart or other store for much cheaper price

I think the product is fine, I wish it were a bit taller as there's still some room for it to be taller; the current height makes it really difficult to water any more than ~1 gallon and actually bring it somewhere to discard it without it sloshing.

Catches a lot of pee. Sometimes there will be pee on the outside bottom edges of the basin from splatter I believe... then again my dog pees halfway on the grass and on the floor... best thing about the basin in my opinion tho is it catches a large amount of urine. Can’t say enough good things about it![

I had a similar bucket under the hole while waiting for this. Liquids don’t necessarily flow down to the small hole in porch potty. I have a small dog so very little in the catch basin. I have to lift the grass and clean the actual unit in different places where he peed. You can put anything under the hole. I wouldn’t say this catch basin was worth the price.

This catch basin needs to be taller. It sloshes so easily whenever we rinse it.

It’s so easy to empty the water after washing down the turf. We use this outside with our porch potty

Basin is exactly what you would expect. Nothing great, just a regular catch basin. You could definitely buy one for cheaper somewhere else.
