We love the Porch Potty. We have had it for over five years and our 15 1/2 year old dog is quite pleased at the convenience and comfort. However, I would like to purchase a new tray to go under the grass but I can't find them on your website anymore. Help!

We live in an apartment building and this has been great to let our dogs go out quickly in the morning or late night without having to leash them up entirely. It keeps everything clean and no accidents.

I live downtown, have two dogs and do dog boarding full time. The porch potty gives all the dogs I care for the ability to relieve themselves outside of their walks. This product is reliable and extremely helpful to my household. I have the drain tube set up to my drainage on the roof so when the dogs pee it goes straight to the sewer. Love this product.

This artificial grass drains better than other brands due to the MANY holes punched in the mat. Other brand have very few drainage holes and urine pools. I won't buy any other brand of turf.

Did you know you can go to Home Depot and have these cut to size for about $16? I've been a customer for over a year, and the $60 monthly replacement is cheap when you can DIY. There are also drainage holes at the ones at Home Depot. After learning this I can no longer justify spending $60 just for one mat.

My dog likes it, and I like the convenience of it being right there on my porch. Small doesn’t take up much room, but serves the purpose.

Everything is very good---very helpful for us. Have been using your product for 15 years for 2 dogs. Only thing I would like to have you improve on is faster delivery. It was very slow this time when I needed a new grass mat. I think maybe you have a different delivery system---they are not as good.

We started with the fresh grass but it did not last more 2 weeks without her wanting to potty on the worn out on grass. So we decided to try the artificial grass. She loves it. I rinse it every night, just to keep it clean. And it always look new and clean.

We have 2 Frenchies and live in a town house with multiple balconies. We have been customers of Porch Potty for almost 5 years! We have 3 Porch Potties and life would be so much harder without them. I have a subscription for replacement turf that comes once a month. They're easy to clean and maintain. I prefer to replace the turf every 3 - 4 weeks but they're pretty easy to clean. I have found that a little kitty litter in the basin helps absorb the liquid and prevent smells. Porch Potty sells a liquid product that will help with any potential odors. I highly recommend Porch Potty. Their customer service and rewards program are great!

The synthetic grass is a better product than what one can purchase on Amazon although more expensive. Unfortunately, with my last purchase one of the grass replacements was short. Even so, I recommend Porch Potty products.

We purchased a replacement grass patch since the first one was getting a bit skanky. The new one drains better. It has more drain holes than the original grass patch that came with the Porch Potty. Thank you for the upgraded design.

I have been using in small yard. Unfortunately the drain opening is too small for good drainage. The result urine did not drain well. I have since thrown out everything except 2/4 synthetic grass. If you need to use on a deck or porch, I suggest enlarging drain.

The grass itself is good. Does not last long though even with proper maintenance. I clean mine frequently and let it air dry but it still smells and I have even noticed maggots in the turf. Very gross

Although I have no comparison point (another similar product), the Porch Potty artificial grass has stood up to one winter’s inclement weather as well as two summers with minimal damage. The only problem has been keeping the odor under control. I have ordered a second porch potty grass.

My Shih Tzu Bailey Grace loves her Porch Potty on our patio. It gives her freedom when nature calls at any hour of the day or night.

While I am not sure it is entirely avoidable, it has been sooo hard to keep this item from smelling. I live in a spot where I don’t have a drain… therefore I have to prettt much dump the basin every day to avoid overflow (from water rinsing)… I’ve used their cleaning products, got new grass, everything. Unfortunately it still smells.

This has been a convenient option for us and our puppy.

I use this synthetic grass in our 'Grass to Go' frame for our Yorkshire terrier. Using a box cutter, I was able to cut the delivered synthetic grass into three pieces for the frame. Having these three pieces allows me to regularly rotate them out for cleaning with a 1/32 bleach solution, a water rinse, and sun dry

dont force people to do a survey when you are asking them to confirm receipt of product or not..by force i mean we cannot leave the screen with blank space..ridiculous..

I order these on subscription to change out every 3 months for my pups. It’s nice to be able to rinse the grass and throw it when it is old and place a new one down. Great for anyone who doesn’t have a yard for pets to go potty on.

Good buy but would love to see more punctured holes so it drains better. Still better than others but I need to clean/water it daily to keep it draining well.

Very high quality synthetic grass. Thick and sturdy. Will last a long time. It would be nice if there were more holes in the backing to allow better drainage. We have a sprayer and spray the area where our dog pees and poops after each time but during the summer months it still starts to smell. At night I again rinse the grass with the water sprayer real good and then spray simple green for dogs on it. I let it set for a bit then put it on its side to air out over night. This seems to help the backing as it really harbors the odor. Other than that we love the product and the frame- both high quality workmanship. It looks real nice on our deck. We live in an apartment.

We have used the Porch Potty for several years and love this product for our third floor condo and 4th floor deck. It provides a lot of convenience and is a well-designed system. We do have the replace the grass every year because it does tend to smell rather quickly. It is important to clean the potty regularly.

We change out the grass on our (2) Porch Potty's 3-4 times annually and have delivery on auto-ship so we won’t forget. We have two dogs that use it daily.One large (65 lbs) Female - One medium (28) Male. We also use the sprinkler system function for ease to give the areas a daily rinse, and use a biodegradable, non-toxic water-soluble cleaner on them a couple of times weekly before the sprinklers turn on to flush in-between. I find that a little care keeps the lawn and the Porch Potty units safe and fresh for all of us. (And ours is located on a deck because we live in an area that has wildlife that requires a bit of extra TLC for our pets). This product has been a lifesaver for us in more ways than one - as we can leave access for our animals if we leave the house for extended time during the day or evening, and know they are safely able to relieve themselves. Especially since one of our loved ones is older and needs to go outside more frequently than in the past. it took a bit of time to convert the elder of the two dogs, but once I put a scented training pad on it, he got the hint and has been an old dog that learned a new trick successfully. Wish I’d thought of it sooner. Thanks for a great product.
