CLASSIC Standard, Small & Mega
Remove solids, then rinse the grass with a watering can or hose. Check drainage and empty the optional catch basin if fitted. Follow the supplied instructions for your model.
CLASSIC Premium
Remove solids before using the built-in sprinklers to rinse. Check the spray and drainage regularly. A sprinkler timer supports a rinse schedule; it does not replace hands-on cleaning.
CLASSIC Mini
Mini uses real sod and a watering tray, not synthetic grass or a drainage hose. Remove solids, keep the tray clean, and care for the sod according to your supplied instructions. Replace it based on its condition.

Remove waste and rinse synthetic grass regularly. Wipe the tray and base with a damp cloth as part of cleaning. Follow your model instructions for access and care. For sod, use the guidance supplied with your grass.
Drainage hose & catch basin
Keep the drainage path clear and rinse the hose with water as part of care. Empty the catch basin before it fills, rinse it, and wipe it clean. Check your model’s setup if you are unsure which collection option you have.
Piss Off & odor care
Regular waste removal, grass rinsing, and basin cleaning help manage odors. Piss Off can support your cleaning routine. Follow the product directions for application.
When to replace synthetic grass
Synthetic grass is durable, and regular cleaning helps keep it fresh. Replacement needs vary with use and care; you may choose replacement for freshness. Optional subscriptions make reordering convenient, rather than setting a required replacement interval.
